Welcome back on my
blog! Today, I’m going to write about short topic: about the
name of place where I spent my vacations and the meaning this name and also some history about this place. Name “Ciovo” doesn’t have any meaning even in
Croatian language. Everything what I know and what is write about it that it
comes from middle ages because first monuments are from that time. Some people think It was an winners island and
it was an oasis for believers cause there are many church. But others think there were living sick people far away from big cities and healthy people. From that time
stayed just monuments and old buildings and we never know what the truth is. It’s
one big mystery and we won’t have an answer on it. I have a hope you will read also my next ( more
interesting) posts.
